KCT through its Projects Department involved in the General Constructions & Turne Key Projects; commercial and educational buildings, Residential complexes, bridges, industrial buildings, which include site development, infrastructure and utilities all types of construction, structural works, plant infrastructural civil works, and surveying services. i.e; KCT executes all civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, telecommunication, renovation, beautification works.
CIVIL WORKS: Site Development, Road Works, Bridges Works, Earth Works, and Water Treatment Works.
MECHANICAL WORKS: Water Treatment Plants, Plumbing, Drainage Installations, Vacuum Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Air Conditioning & Heating Systems, Ventilation Piping Networks,…etc.
ELECTRICAL WORKS: Supply and Install all those of Light Points & Lightening Devices, Cabels, Panel Boards, Power Generators, Audiovisual Systems, Alarm System, Operator & Phone Devices, Controling Systems,…etc.
KCT also carried out study, design and build projects, besides to engineering and consulting services.

Ready Mixed Concrete Dept: Ownership of lands, Intergrated Cities, Buildings, and Apartments completed with all services and furnishings.

Real Estate Projects Dept: Specialized in producing concrete and other Cemented Products with best modern machineries through four owned automated concrete plants and concrete patching machines up to 64 m height provided by 43 trans mixers with different capacities.

Machinery and Foundations Dept: Specialized in the design and installation of foundation Systems for construction projects, Piling, and reinforcing works using a professional machineries up to 28 ones for various types of excavations.

Global Trade & Supplying Dept: Specialized in Supplying all kind of raw material and decorations issue Our mission is to make quality products available to clients at reasonable price on time.
